Admission Policy 

​

A child is enrolled in the center only after the registration fee has been received, the administrator confirms space availability and the required paperwork is received.  This includes basic enrollment and health information.  Any change to this information must be communicated to the office immediately so that current information is always on file.  This is for the safety of your child.   A medical form signed by a physician or certified nurse practitioner must be submitted within 30 days of admission.  This medical must be updated every 13 months.

 

Inclement Weather

It may be necessary to close the center on rare occasions due to poor weather conditions.  We will make every effort to open our doors at the normal time.  If circumstances should arise, watch television channel 11 for closing information.  On these occasions, regular payment is expected.

 

Arrival/ Departure​

During business hours, please feel free to visit at any time.  If there would be any special instructions, special messages, medications, special pick-up notes, etc., are given to the teacher.  Children may not be dropped off at the entrance of the building or be sent inside alone.  Staff must be aware of each child’s presence before the parents depart.  All children will be signed in and out by an adult.  At pick-up time, parents are asked to contact their child’s supervising staff member to ensure that the staff is aware that the child has been picked up.  Parents are responsible for supervision of their child before and after sign-in.  No child can be passed over the playground fence for pick up or drop off.

 

Late Pick-Up​

A phone call is requested if a parent realizes that circumstances beyond their control will delay pick-up.  This is important as many children fear they have been forgotten when parents do not arrive at their usual time.  A late fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged after five minutes.  Late fees should be paid on late arrival or on the next day in attendance.  Unpaid late fees will be charged the same $5.00 a day.  

 

Meals and Snacks​

All 4 Kids, LLC will provide breakfast and snacks.   Parents will pack a lunch each day.  Your lunch meal consists of at least one element from the four basic (dietary, protein, two fruits/vegetables, and grain) food groups that supply 1/3 of the child’s basic recommended daily allowances. Meals that will be provided and serving times are as follows:   

 

Breakfast: 8:00 am

Snack: 10:00 am

Lunch: 11:30 am

Snack: 2:30 pm

Each of the snacks will contain at least two nutritional foods.  The lunches and dinners will meet all daycare licensing requirements.   Please let us know ahead of time if your child is not permitted to have any type of food due to allergies or religious beliefs.

 

Outside food:  We celebrate children’s birthdays as special events at the center.  If you wish to provide a special snack for your child’s group on his/her birthday, please check with your child’s teacher for suggestions.
